Training Philosophy
Strong Body, Mind and Spirit
Our training philosopy is focused on teaching true unification of body, mind and spirit in the martial arts. Training is always non destructive in nature. The goal of the training is to positively develop you at all levels, and to not damage the body and psyche at any level.
To excel in the advanced aspects of the Arts practitioners need a strong body, mind and spirit. Training encompasses numerous drills to develop all aspects of the human body and psyche. This includes but are not limited to a variety of sensitivity and intuitive drills and breathing exercises. Great focus is placed on training the mind in combat, to remove fear and keeping the mind and body relaxed and focused even during extreme exertion and pain.
